In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and our payment terms, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the original transaction date, provided that you have not yet used any credits from the purchased pack.
Credits are delivered instantly upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate availability of credits and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal will expire upon first use of any credit from the purchased pack, in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights regarding digital content.

If you have used some credits within the 14-day window, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to the used portion. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial refund for the remaining unused credits. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

Once we confirm your refund eligibility, we will initiate the refund through Dodo Payments, our payment processor. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days from the date of approval. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
